On Friday (13/11) at 9:00 in the Aula (and via video link), Moa Persson (SSPT research programme) will defend her PhD thesis "Escape to Space or Return to Venus: Ion Flows Measured by Venus Expressâ. The faculty opponent will be Dr Dmitrij Titov, ESA/ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The examination committee consists of Dr Uwe Raffalski (IRF), Dr Mikael Granvik (LTU and University of Helsinki) och Dr Maria Sundin (University of Gothenburg). Moaâs supervisors were Yoshifumi Futaana and Hans Nilsson (IRF), and Maria Hamrin (UmeÃ¥ University). More information about the defence and a link to the thesis
